        We are a group of police officers from Yonkers, New York who value the strong relationship that we have with our community.  During difficult times, especially lately, our community has always uplifted us.

        2020 has been an arduous year for everyone.  The support we have received and continue to receive from the community has not gone unnoticed. Whether it was words of encouragement, a home cooked meal, a thank you note or a wave and a smile the thoughtfulness was felt and is forever appreciated.  

        Due to recent events around the country our community is hurting.  When our community hurts, we hurt with them.  We realized the need to go beyond our shields to heal together. 

        We will coordinate with local schools, youth programs, and churches to invest in our youth by providing social and athletic opportunities.  When these opportunities are provided, we will work alongside and with the youth to build trust in our profession and to help lead our community's future to a positive life.
